Lockhart Drafting and Design is a proud and locally owned Building Design business based in Toowoomba since 2016. In this time, Lockhart has built many working relationships with clients and builders around the area creating beautiful new and renovated homes. Lockhart continues to grow and spread to many areas, including Goondiwindi, Esk, Crows Nest, Pittsworth, Dalby and right across the Darling Downs, Southwest and South East Regions. Our Designers are experts in their fields and continue to learn and grow their knowledge in the building industry.

Idea

You know what you like and we design your project in collaboration with you.
Consultation
We develop your ideas, define your specific project, create and refine your design brief.
As building designers, we create individual and unique concepts incorporating your requirements and specifications in a style that is all about you.
Design
With a detailed design brief your concept plans are produced (floor plans, basic site plan, elevations and 3D perspectives) and you have the opportunity to amend your design before moving forward to certification.
Our design team offer professional advice to ensure great design outcomes, aesthetics and functionality, all with your budget in mind.
Certification
Working drawings are completed and are suitable for council submission, certification and approval.
We can handle all preconstruction documentation required to bring your project to life. You will be involved every step of the way for a stress free and streamlined project.
Completion
Your plans have been approved! Now you have the chance to see your dreams become reality. Our team can recommend quality local builders who are best suited for your project.
However we don’t stop there, we are also happy to offer direction and advice throughout your build process.
